The receptionist that answers when you can't.
It answers your phone and website chat around the clock, books appointments straight into your diary, takes messages worth having, and hands over to a human when a conversation needs one.
What it handles
Answers around the clock
Phone and website chat, nights and weekends included. Calls that would have gone to voicemail get answered, booked, or captured as a proper message.
Books real appointments
It checks your live diary, offers open slots, and books the one the customer picks. The appointment lands in your calendar with a reference the customer hears there and then.
Takes proper messages
Who called, what they need, how to reach them. Written down and waiting for the team, not scribbled on a note or lost in voicemail.
Flags what's urgent
Urgent enquiries are marked the moment they arrive, and emergency calls can be set to ring your team directly rather than waiting in a queue.
Speaks English and Welsh
Callers can switch language mid-conversation and it follows their lead. Welsh-speaking customers get a receptionist that genuinely speaks Welsh.
Hands over to humans
Sensitive conversation, complicated request, or someone who just wants a person: it passes the conversation across with full context instead of ploughing on.
Try it before you talk to us
The chat bubble on this page is the live product, answering as our own receptionist. For the full experience, the interactive demo puts a fictional clinic's receptionist next to the owner's live office view, and if you paste your own website address in, it rebuilds itself as your business in seconds.
How setup works
- We load your business. Services, prices, opening hours, how you like things handled. You talk, we configure.
- You test it. You get a private demo of your own receptionist to poke at, typically within days. Change anything you like.
- It goes live. On your website chat first, then your phone line when you're ready. When things change, tell us once and every call after that is current.
Guardrails you can check, not promises
Most AI products ask you to trust the model. Ours is built so the model is never the thing standing between your customers' data and the world:
- A booking only exists when the diary system confirms it. The receptionist cannot claim otherwise: the software checks every confirmation against the diary before it reaches the customer.
- Nobody can change or cancel a booking without verifying who they are first, and the verification is done by code, not by the AI deciding someone sounds convincing.
- It never reads one customer's details to another, by construction: the tools it uses simply cannot reach another customer's records.
- Every action is written to an audit log you can inspect: what was asked, what was checked, what was done.
Croeso i'r Gymraeg
Welsh is built in as a first-class language, not an afterthought: the receptionist answers in Welsh, books in Welsh, and switches between languages whenever the caller does. For businesses serving Welsh-speaking communities, that is often the difference between a customer feeling handled and a customer feeling heard.
Questions we hear a lot
Do you really answer around the clock, even nights and weekends?
Yes, genuinely around the clock. I answer the phone and this chat at 3am on a Sunday the same as 9am on a Tuesday. Calls that would have gone to voicemail get answered, booked in, or taken as a proper message for the morning. Would you like to see how that would work for your business?
What happens when someone calls and I'm busy?
That is exactly when I earn my keep. The call gets answered, not voicemailed. If they want an appointment, I book it into the diary; if they need you, I take a proper message with their details. You carry on with the job and catch up when it suits. Would you like to see the booking side working?
How does the appointment booking actually work?
When a caller wants an appointment, I check the live diary, offer the open slots, and book the one they choose. The booking lands in the calendar and a confirmation email goes out straight away. You just see the appointment appear. Want to try it? Ask me to book you a discovery call.
Can you book real appointments?
Yes, real ones. I check live availability, offer actual open slots, and the booking lands in the calendar with an email confirmation. Try me: ask to book a discovery call and pick a time.
What happens when someone leaves a message with you?
I take a proper message: who called, what they need, and how to reach them. It is waiting for the team in writing, not scribbled on a note. Anything urgent gets flagged. Would you like to know what happens with urgent calls?
How would you learn how my business works?
Before going live, we load in how your business works: your services, prices, opening hours, and how you like things handled. From then on I answer like someone who works there. When things change, the team updates me once and every call after that is current. What kind of business are you thinking of?
When do you hand a conversation over to a human?
The moment a call is sensitive, urgent, or someone simply wants a person, I step back and hand over to a human, with a note on what has been said so far. The rules for that are set in code, not left to my judgement. Is there a situation you would want always routed to a person?
How does the Welsh language support work?
Completely naturally. A caller who opens in Welsh gets answered in Welsh; switch mid-sentence and I follow. It works the same on the phone and in this chat. Croeso i chi drio nawr. Fancy testing me in either language?
How much does it cost?
Honest answer: it depends on your call volume and what we wire in, so there is no one price. Everything is scoped per business on a free 30-minute discovery call, and you get a straight number there. Would you like to book one?
What does the AI expert retainer include?
The retainer is an AI expert in your corner: plain-English advice, new automations on request, and honest answers about what AI can and cannot do for your business. No jargon, no overselling. It suits businesses that want to keep improving without hiring for it. Would a discovery call to talk it through help?
See it working before you decide.
Try the receptionist live on our interactive demo, paste your own website in and watch it become yours, or talk it through with a human first.
